It is easy to adjust the coarseness of the grind by simply twisting the adjustment nut on the top of the mill; twisting clockwise results in a finer grind whilst twisting anti-clockwise results in a coarse grind. Peugeot have a strong belief that a grinder has to be made specifically for the herb or spice that is going to be ground, so, for best results, this mill should only be used with pepper.
