Built with an integrated cooling system, the machine freezes while it churns. Simply select your ingredients, add them to the bowl, and it's good to go. Once ready, the Gelato Expert's automatic storage mode preserves your dessert creations at the perfect temperature and consistency for up to two hours.

Supplied with two large stainless steel bowls, each with a two litre capacity, the Maxgimix Gelato Expert allows you to create batches of ice cream simultaneously. Within just one minute, its cooling system is operational, maintaining a gas temperature of -35°C inside the machine. An integrated freezer means there's no need to pre-freeze bowls beforehand.
